I experienced a problem regading the delvery having ordered on 8 april 2025. I received a notification the batteries would be delivered within 3 days. I chased on 15 & 16 and recieved a reponse on 17th from customerr service - a person called Leo. Apparently DHL had lost the package. Leo assured me I would receive them after Easter which I did. So thanks to Leo he corrected the problem. The batteries fit my Hitachi Cordless Drill DS 18DL and work perfectly. Thank yoo Leo who corrected the problem = professional behaviour.
