Since the installation of this battery on my Nokia mobile phone, however, the progressive discharge display, which used to reflect this progressiveness, now only seems to show the transition from one extreme to the other, i.e. a 'full' state which at first seems to persist without changing much, followed at some point by the display of an 'extreme empty' state which makes recharging imperative and sudden, which is not always practical to manage! But it's a good thing the replacement battery exists!
