The battery is as described and it was also handed over to the delivery service very quickly. Up to this point it would have been a great review! From this point on, however, nothing worked at all! Of course, UPS did not deliver the battery but took it straight to a dubious collection centre. An attempt to persuade UPS by telephone to actually deliver it was impossible for the recipient. So I contacted the support team at Subtel. They also responded very quickly and promised help! But that was the end of the positive impression. When I enquired the next day, I was simply told succinctly that I could collect the battery from the drop-off point. My objection that this was a problem because I wear a split cast was answered with...they chose the delivery service themselves. I then picked up the battery from the pick-up station...where I had to wait half an hour because the parcel was nowhere to be found. When they did find it, it was completely torn open so that the packaging was just a scrap of paper and the batteries were lying around individually. If it hadn't been for UPS and the flippant replies from support, everything would have been fine.
